0 RESOLUTION NO. 67-179
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
November, 1967. The following rembers were presents Acting Mayor O'Fallon,
Councilman Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples,
and Councilman Duntley.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church has requested a subdivision and
consolidation of Parcels 9210 and 9316 in Section 14,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESORM BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTR*
it1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellansoua Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas
than five (5) acres in Area and 300 feet in width are herejy wired
as to the following described lands:
(a) That part of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township
118, Range 22, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North
line of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 distant 300 feet East of
the Northwest corner thereof; thence South parallel with the West line
of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of 24.18 feet, more
or less, to the centarline of County Road No. 9 as now laid out and
travelled; tlbence continuing South along the last described course
a distance of 250 feet, said point being the Southwest corner of that
tract of land described in Book 2132 of Deeds, Page 533, in the Office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence
East at right angles a distance ofn 180 feet; thence South parallel
with the west line of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of
327.39 fast, more or less, to the intersection with a line drawn
parallel with end 600 fast Soath of the Korth lino of said East 1/2
of the Southwest 1/4; thence West along said parallel line a distance
of 480 feat to the Wast line of said East 1/2 of the Soathwast 1/4;
thence North along said West line of the East 1/2 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 14 a distance of 600 feet to the North line thereof;
thence East along said North line a distance of 300 feat to the point
of beginning. Subject to the right of way of County Road No. 9.
(b) The East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 118, Range
22, excepting therefrom the following described tract: Beginning at
the Northwest corner of said Rost 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4; thence
South along the West live thereof a distaaco of 600 feat; thence East
parallel with the North line thereof a distance of 480 feet; thence
North parallel with the West line of said East 1/2 of the Southwest
1/4 a distance of 366.3 feet, more or less, oo the cauterlina of
County Road No. 9 as now laid out and traveled; thence Northwesterly,
along said centerline to the Intersection with a lint distant 300
feet East of and parallel with the West line of said East 1/2 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 14; thence North along said parallel line
a distance of 24.19 feet. *ore or less, to the actual point of beginning.
Subject to the right of way of County Road No. 9.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilman Hagen and Hunt, and the following
voted against: None.

1. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the, Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth held November 69 1967. end the same in a
full. true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the subdivision
waiver for Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church.
