RESOLUTION NO. 67-178
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Viliage of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of
October, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallou, Duntley, Fagan and Hunt; and the following ambers were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, William Dudley has requested a consolidation of Lots 12 and 13,
Block 14, Medicine Lake 3rd Division,
. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUNH:
1 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on Aptil 6. 1966. in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less
than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived
es to the following described lands:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 14, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt;
and the following voted against: None.
Uharsupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-Adainistrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth hold October 16th, 1967, and the same is a
full, true and complete resolution insofar as the sane relates to the sub-
division waiver for WL113an Dudley.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village of Plymouth this lot day of November, 1967.
