seconded by Councilman Hunt , ; to-wit:
WfDOMAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special
provisions and specifi,!atione for the improvement of a part of Trunk
Highway Number ivy renumbered as punk Highway Number SS

tHFliBAS said plans are an file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Mitmesota, thing marked, labeled, and identified an

MMOB said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Departaent, of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as S_P. 1'lfl fS (l.H. 121t). Bina, i. P g&JA 29) ,
which, scogether with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by °Supplemental.
Specifications" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the
Camissioner of highways, constitute the specifications for said
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 1I renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number is; and
WEBS copies of said plans and speczA. provisions an so
marked, labeled and identified are alio on file in the office of the
Villose Clerk; and
WKEFMAS the term "said plans and special prot-isions" as herein-
after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the
foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.

NOW, TN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plana and special provisiru!•
for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 1B8 renumbered as Trunk

be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved
and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by
the construction of said Trunk Highway Number.W _renumbered as Trunk
to ;hway Numbor�_in accordance with said pias and special provisions.
Upon the call cf the roll the following_^ V6 -A in
favor of the Resolution Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt.
The following_ voted against its adoption:
None
whereupon the Mayor and presiding officer declared the Resoluticn adopted.
