Village of Plymouth
RESOLUTION N0. 67-175
Pursunut to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the village
46 Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of
October, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples Councilmen
O'Failon. Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilma:
Duntley.
Ciuncilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHKREAS. Petersen & Templin Construction, Inc. has requested a consolidation
of portions of Parcel- 1.270 and 7.290 in Section 1.
NOW, THEBBFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUfJCIL OF lHE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUIH :
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 1C, 1956, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less
than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived
as to the following described lands:
16 The North 90 feet of the South 730 feet of the East 796 feet of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1. township 118, Range
22. except the East 175 feet thereof taken for Highway purposes,
also: the North 90 feet of the South 820 feet of the Vast 311 feet
of the East 796 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of Section 1, Township 118. Range 22.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilman O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the
following voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village
Cossncil of the Village of Plymouth held October 9*.h. 1967, and the same is a
full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the sub-
division waiver for Petersen and Templin Constrt-ction, Inc.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
Villaga of Plymouth this 30th day of October, 1967.
