HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-1740 9 Village of Plymouth RESOLUTION N0. 67-174 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mi=esota, was hold on the 9th day of October, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilman O'Fallon. Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent Councilman Duntley. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Petersen 6 Templin Construction. Inc. has requested a subdivision waiver for Parcels 1270 and 1290. Section 1. NOW, THRRRFORE CR IT RRSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 07 THI VILLAGR OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds. Rannopin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (3) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: (A) The North 90 feet of the South 730 feet of the Rest 485 feet of the Southea:t '14 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 118. Rrnge 22, except the East :75 feet thereof taken for Highway purposes. (B) The North 180 feet of the South 820 feet of the West 311 feet of the East 796 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1. Township 118, Range 22. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was Aulp seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilman O'Pallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted againat:Nons. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Villages Council of the Village of Plymouth held October 9th, 1907, and the same is a full, true and complete resolution insofar as the same relate• to the sub- division waiver for Petersen and Templin Construction, Inc.
