VILLAGE COUNCIL OF

Village `ouncil of the Village of Plymouth was held on the M Pay of

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING

WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment

WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections,
• if any, were noted
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:

the proper amounts to be specially assessed for
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed
in the amount calculated against the same,
2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the
proposed assessment.

3. The proposad assessment has at all times since its filing been open to
inspection and mpying by all persons interested, and an cpportunity
has been given to all interested persons to present their objections,
if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and
AM --nbjections have been filed.
4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited
by the construction of %&COB fia;Lj�ats skoM sewer
in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description
of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby
levied and anaessed.
5. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
some fixed and the sums fixed and maned in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Villas,+e Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for feacoa g4ipay eta= terlr.
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate of S" percent pier annum.
S. such asseswente shall be payable in 19 equal annual installments
payable on the let day of January in each year, beginning in the year
19AL`, and aontianing until all of said installments shall have been
paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collectable during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment shall be
added interest on the entire assessment from the date hereof to
December 31, 191L_, To each subsequent installment shall be added
interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office
of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the
amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be
due thereon on the lot day of January in each year.,,
The above motion was seconded - and upon vote being
