VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a P"" - special meeting .f the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 40 day of

Now NL'oj1M introduced the fo'.lowing resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -in
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING

WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment
hearing was held on the 41 &W of ft- 1Ml0 1967,

WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections,
if any, were noted
is NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RPSOI:iED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF

Xhaaaxaper amounts to be specially assessed for
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each ana z ery lot, ,piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed
in the amount calculated against the same,
2. Notice has been duly publishe.l as required by law that this council
would meet in regular session at this time and pla^.e to pass on the
proposed assessment.

3. Tl.c proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to
inspectior and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity
has been given to all interested persons to present their objections,
if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and
objections have Leen filed.
4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited
by the construction of VW*J t L@M IIqMMpWMMWt flOJtt
in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description
of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that raid amount is hereby
levied and assessed.
S. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed and the sums fixed and named in Haid proposed assessment
with the, changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted
ald confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for LOW Do
MMJW.
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate of am percent per annum.
8. Such assessments shall be payable in ! equal annual installments
payable on the lot day of January in each year, beginning in the year
19joL_, and continuing until all of said installments shall have been
paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collectable during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment shall be
added interest on the entire assessment from the date hereof to
December 31, 19.U_, To each subsequent installment shall be added
interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office
of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the
amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be
due thereon or. the 1st day of January in each year."
The above motion was seconded by O�UWW Oe and upon vote being
