Pursuant to due) call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the village of Plymouth
Was held on October 1, 1987 at the village Hall, 13800 State

Highway No. 33, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The
following members Were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
017allon, Sunt, ftgen and Duntley. The following vembers Were
absent: Nona.

recommended that proceedings be commenced for the correction,
raa!ng or removal of said structures pursuant to applicable

NOW THEREFf AR. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VrJAQE OF PLYM+D[JTP! AS FOLLOWS:

the Village are authorized and directed to

to cause said order to be served upon the owners
of record of said buildings, or their agents,
upon any occupants therein and upon all lies
holders of record and to proceed vrith the
r enforcement a:I said orders all as provided in
Sections 453.15 thru 463.26, Minnewot& Statutes.,,
The above notion ware seconded by c®,umili r,
and upon vote being taken thereon the-fellowing voted in favor

thereon: Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Hunt, Higen and
Dantley. The following voted against: 7-jons. Whereupon said
resolution was declared duly pazsed and adoptrrd.

Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a rej:ular
meeting of the Village Council of said village helO October 1,
1967, with the original thereof oro file in my office and the
same is a full, true and aompletetrzameript therefrom inAdofar
as the same relates to the Mayor and Clerk Administrator
entering an order with respect to certain hazardous and
dangerous buildings within the village.
