EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant t.- due call and notice thereof, a regular - meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was hell on the im day of
OD , 19 67 , commencing at 7130 o'clock P.M. at the Village
Hall, 13800 State Highway #55.

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING
THE ASSESSM FOR
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment
hearing was held on the 20 6W 09 Osis, ""

WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections,
if any, were noted
NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLEOAS:

against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed
in the amount calculated against the same,',,r'
t. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the
proposed assessment.
3. The proposed assessment has at all time; since its filing been open to
inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity
has been given to all interested persons to present their objections,
if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and
moss objections have been filed.
4. This Cauncil finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited
by the construction of JUSCO"W"t at yWI* LOW at gm LLIW Rooka
in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description
of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby
levied and assessed.
5. such proposed assessment is aft rmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alterations he einabove made are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for 1ANWOVORMW or IMVbL� at

7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate of slit percent per annum.
S. Such assessments shall be payable in fIVS equal annual installments
payable on the 1st day of January in each year, beginning in the year
194L_, and continuing until all of said installments shall have been
paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collectable during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment shall be
added interest on the entire assessment from the date hereof to
December 31, 19#_, To each subsequent installment shall be added
interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office
of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the
amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which w"ll be
due thereon on the 1st day of January in each year."
The above motion was seconded by M_ and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ip6vr ftspUo, (

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
