Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Japea a)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 2nd day of October 19 67 ,

The following members were present: Mayor staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Watley, Hagen and Hurst.
and the following members were absent: None.
tzmmftw Mayor staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: aeaowTxcm Ho. 6749166
• WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on October 2nd , 19 67, recommending the:
widening to 30 feet pavement
of the following street (s) , to -wit: Quantico Lane from 3rd Avenue North
to 6th Avenue North
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid i&provement
. in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to U.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 30th day of October , 19 67 , at
the Village Hall,in_TFie Village of Plymouth aT— 700
o'clock_�. m. The Village Council shall give PUB'
lished mice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law,"
The motion .or the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by ilman H89Knd upon vote being tarsen there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor staples, councilmen
O'Fallon, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the motion: None.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
