EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular - meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 2W day of

WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment
hearing was held on the I �l 1967

WHEREAS, all person present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYIKX"H, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:

the proper amounts to be specially assessed for
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed
in the amount calculated against the same,
2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass cn the
10 proposed assessment.
i. The proposed assessment has at ell times since its filing been open to
inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity
has been given to all interested persons to present their objections,
if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and
no objections have been filed.
4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was and is specially benefited
by the construction of such seal coating.
in the amount in said proposed assessment set opposite the description
cf each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby
levied and assessed.
5. such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alteration hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted a:.d confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clark and filed in hi- office and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for se;lcoating of Juneai Lane
and other streets as described in the notice of assessment hearing.
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest Tram the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate of six percent per annum.
S. Such assessments shall be payable in two equal annual installments
payable on the let day of January in each year, beginning in the year
1968 , and continuing until all of said installments shall have been
paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collectAble during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment shall be
added interest on the entire esseseem from the date hereof to
December 31, 1967 , To each subsequent installment shall he added
interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office
of the C3unty Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the
amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be
due thereon on the let day of January in each year.,,
The above notion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staple$, Councilmen
o'rallo n, Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.

of Plymouth, Linnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
