6 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH •
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
. Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
September, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen
®'Fallon and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilmen Duntley

and Hagen.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-162
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF LARCH HEIMTS LAGOON
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing

to consider the proposed plat of Larca Heights Lagoon, and
ti
WHEREAS, the Ply-ie_.uth Village Planning Commission did recommend approval
of said plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Vi'_lage Engineer did after due consideration and study
recommend approval of said plat,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH
1. That the -preliminary plat as submitted by Strande Enterprises, Inc.
and titled "Larch Heights Lagoon: is hereby preliminarily approved
as described herewith:
Tract E. Registered Land Survey No. 857, all in Section2, Township
118, Renge 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilman O'Fallon and Hunt.
Whereupon siad resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
