Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of
September, 1967. The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Councilmen
007allon and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilmen Duntley and
Hagen.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
ABSOLUTION NO. 67-160
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF CANTERBURY TERRACE
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing
to consider the propoued plat of Canterbury Terrace, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Villa;' Planning Commission did recommend approval
of said plat, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer did after due consideration and study
recommend approval of said plat, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF 1%YNOUTH VILLAGE:
1. That the preliminary plat as submitted by Earl W. Canterbury and titled
"Canterbury Terrace" is hereby prelfminarfly approved as described
herewith:
Commencing at a point 257.5 feet South of the Northeast corner of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, thence South to center of
road, thence Westerly along A road 31 rods and 12 feet, thence North
to a point 257.5 feet South of North line of Southeast 1/4 of
Southwest 1/4, thence Bast to beginning except road, all located in
,Section 33, Tuwaship 118, Range 22.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmen O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon and Hunt.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
