Pursuant td due call and notice theroofi a regular fXW@@MM
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold On the 25th day of y 19 67 .
The fallowing members were prosent: Nwr Moples, cva ilawa O'rallas,
and Mont.
and the following members were absent: COUMiUMs Y and Na9m-

Neyor staples introduced the following Resolution and
roved its adoption: 30009 llCsi no. 67-159

and aaseso the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M,S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
YTOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF.
PUMOUTH:
"That the proposod Improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a proliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
Is feasible and as to whether it should best be made ars
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by INSM Cboseilsos Bost and upon
vote being ta'4on thereon the following voted in favor of the
enation: mayor Wiles, onsailnes O'rallaa and Bout.

whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
