VILLAGE OF, PLMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 67-158
Pursuant to due call and notice thereofl a regular meeting of the Village
Co%mcil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, vas held on the 25th day of
September, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fallon, raid Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilmen Duntley
and Hagen.
Mayor Staples intr,3duced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Daryl Johnson has requested a subdivision waiver for Lot 23, Block 1,
City View Acres,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, Page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of .parcels of lands less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(a) The North 225 feet of Lot 23, Block 1, City View Acres.
(b) Lot 23, Block 1, City View Acres except the North 225 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon and Hunt; and the following
voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of the Village Council of
the Village of Plymouth held September 25, 1967, v12k and the same is a full, true
and complete resolution insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver for
Daryl Johnson.
