Pursuavit to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

following bids were received complying with the advertisement.
WHEREAS, it appears that Neilaai asaeaistea, inn. of
Alms ria, Wv"seta is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed 'to
enter into the attached contract with Nod1aM Associates, Iu:.

PLYMOUTH:

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Counc ilman O'Fallon,
Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted againat the same: None.
The following were (absent) Councilman Duntley.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relate, to
