RMMMMI CIPPING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (opmodn"
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the lath day of September , 19 67 .
The following members were present: Mayer Staples. Cosacil+soo O'lailoa,

ment of the following streets, to -wit: 15th Avenue North from County Road IS
to Soeth !Were Drive
by grading, basooesk and surfacing
bids we -rd received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were re,7,ived complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Mayor and Cleft are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attabbed contract with SWwrbaa p..ina Ce+wpenp

' ng streets, to -wit:
13th Avenue North from Cousty, Rsai IS to South Shore Drive

by grading, basorasut and surfacing
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
. until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by 'ilrasa O':allon and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Naar Styles, Ceuccilaas
O'lallen, Oagsn and Must.
The following voted against the same: gees.
The following were (absent) : Come lege Daatley.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
