RESOLUTION NO. 67-155
Pursuant to due call and Mice thereof, a regular meeting of t?.: village
Ccuncii of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th lay of
September, 1967, The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Councilmen
O'Fellon, Hagen and Hantl and the following members were absent; Councilman Duntley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution end moved its adoption;
WHEREAS, Arnold Brandjord has requested a dubdivision waiver for Lot 6, Lake
Park Acres,
NOM THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH -
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
panned on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
Of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deed&, Hennepin c.'ounty,
• Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as tc
the following described lands.
(A) North half of Lot 6, Lake Park Acres, subject to easement for -cad
purposes over Nest 16.5 feet thereof.
(B) South half of Lot 6, Lake Park Acres, subject to reasement for road
purposes over Nest 16.5 feet thereof.
The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Counoilmn Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof, Mayor Staples,Couneilmen O'Falion, Hagen and Hunts and the following
voted against# None.
%hereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undewregined, being the duly qualified and acting Clens -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth held September 18, 1967, and the saws is a full, taue
and complete resolution insofar as the semis relates to the subdivision waiver
for Arnold Hrandjord.
