The folInvi.ng members were present: Kayor Staple`, Councilman O'Fallon, Duntley and Hagen. las following members were absent: Councilman Hunt. :• t t* t e s RESOLUTWN 80. 67-143 Cot-rcituwt Hagan introduced the following resolution and moved its eio;.iae: RESOLUTION DIRECT111G PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF HEARING OW PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR LARCH LAME AT SOO LINE TRACKS IMPROVEMENT ZACHARY LANE DUTWEMENT 36TH AVENUE i!M'ROVEM W RUCON HEIGHTS STORM SEWER SANITARY SEWIR PROJECT 66-13 &IRK LAMI DV20WzNW BR IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows: 1. A proposed assessment roll for the Larch Lane at Soo Line Tracks Improveamrt. Eaehary Lane luprovamant. 36th Avenue Isrroveaant, Seaton Heights Stora Serer, Sanitary Sover Project 66-13. and Dunkirk Lane Improvement. is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clark, where it shall be and res:ain open to public inspection. 2. The Village Clark shall pL+blish notice of the time and place of a hearing on such proposed asses-, t in the official newspaper at least tow weeks !prior to the time speeifi*T! for such hearing. The clerk shall also mail a copy • of such notice to the owner of oath Parcel of land described in the assessment roll. with such mailed notice to ba given no lose than two weeks prior to the date of hearing on such proposed assasaaant roll. 0 v 8, Such noti2e shall state the data, time and place of such hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be assent;;:gid, that the proposed assessment roll is o!i file with the Clerk, a:sd that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered, 4. The Village Council shvil meet at the time and place specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment. The above motion was seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilman v'*allon, Duntley and Hagen. . and the following voted against: Bone.
