Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular maettuS of the Village
Council was held on thn 11th day of September, 1967. at the Village Hail, 13800
State Highway No. 55 com encieg at 7130 o'clock P.M. She following members were
presents Mayor Staples, Councilmen Oepallon, Duntlsy and Hagen.
She following m0mberb were absent: Council.mou Hunt.

nayor Staples introduced the following resolution and W"ed its adoption:

and ordered to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk. whets it shall
be and reswla open to public inspection,
2. 7.,* Village Clark shall publish notice of the time and place of a
hearing on such proposed assasemirmt in the official newspaper at lout two weeks
prior to the time specified for such hearing. The clerk shall also alai! a copy
Of such notice to the Omer of each parcel of land described in the assessment
roll. with such welled notice to be given no less than two weeks prior to the
date of hearing on such proposed assessment roil.
D. Such notice shall state the nu',:, time and place of such

to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with
the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any
property owner will be considered.
4. The Village Council Shull meet at the time and place
specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
