EXTRACT OF MIIIUTRS OF'MRETIRG
OF VILLAGE OF'PLYMOVM, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice Thereof a regular meeting of the Village
Council vas held on the llth day of September, 1967, at the Village Hall, 13800
State Highway No. 55 commuting at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following memberw were
present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley and Hagen.
The following members were fbsaot:- Councilman Hunt.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

BR TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
as follow.:
1. It is hereby determined that the total coat of Larch Laub at Soo Line
Tracks Improvement, including all incidental expenses, is in the own of
$16,005.64, and that tLe sum of $3,503.84 is to be assessed against benefitted
Property.
