H. The iollo ing m-mbers were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen :'krallon, Ruwt, Duntley and Hagen. The following members were absent: fit, introduced the following resolution and mowed its adoption: "RESOLUTION NO, 67- , 4F.. A F. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance r..tf the Village Rggineer heretofore selected by this council for such purpose, calculated the proper amounts tc be specially reassessed for such sanitary sewer projects against every asseasable lot, piens or parcel of nand, In accordance with the provisions of law, anJ has prepared and filed in his office tabulated statements in duplicate shaming the proper description of each and every lot, r-igasor parcel of land to be specially reassessed i:- the amount calculated against sure. 2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council would met in regular session at j this time and place to pass on the proposed rcassesementi, as amended. 3. The propositi reassessment, as amended, has at all times since its fil:og been open to Inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity has been given to all lnterfested persons to present their objectless, if any, to such proposed reassessment, as amended, or to any ixem thereof, and 24 objections have been filed. 4. This Council finds that each of the lots parcels of land enumerated in said proposed reassessrmenty as amended, was and is specially benefited by the construction of such sanitary sewer projects in the amount in said proposed reassessment, as amended, set apposite the description of Saab such lot, pleas or i Wool of land and that said amount is hereby levied 1 and seaweed. Such proposed reassessment, as amended, is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the snare fixed and naxe+i n said proposed reassessment, as amended, with the changes; and alterations herein" made are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special reassessment for each of said lots, pieces" or parcels of land respeetine�y. Said reassessment as amended, so affirmed, adopted -2- and coatirmld shall be certified to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall t4ereupon be and comstituto the special raweement for Sanitary Sewer projects 66 -IA through 88-12 and Trunk No. a. 7.
