RESOLUTION NO. 67-145
Pursuant to due call and, notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Rinnesota, was held on the 28th day of August,
1967. The following members were present: kayor Staples, Councilmen o'Fi911on,
R:agen and Hunt; and the following member* were absent: Councilman Duntley.
keyor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Joe Kberle has requested P. subdivision waiver for Lots 4 and 7,
Block 3, Short Line Acres,
NCh7, THERRA " BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance 11o. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on iiinnary 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of hisrullansous Records, page 497, Register of Des", Hennepin County,
kinnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet i:; width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
(A) Lot 7, Block 3, Short Line Acres except the Bast 98.4 feet thereof.
(B) Lot 4, and the East 98.4 feet of Lot 7, Block 3, Short Line Acres.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly asoonded
by Councilman O'Fallon, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Diayor Staples, Councilman O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the
following were absent: Councilman Duntley.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly paosod, and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesotni, hereb•r certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing resolution with the minutes of Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth held August 28, 1967, and the same id a full,
true and complete resolu-iion insofar as the same relates to the subdivision waiver
for Joe Eberle.
