Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulare4npmj6wlf

approval;

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in��
an advertisement for file upon

the making o mprcvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall speciVy the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10100 p, D.. on//ssp�tt.X4967, in
the Counuil Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and riled with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier s
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for N percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
. duly seconded by CM jjmsn ]ant and upon vote being taken thereon,

WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
