RESOLUI' M No. 67-141
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, klinnesota, was held on the 21rt day of August,
1967, The following members were present: kayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fslion,
Hagen and. Hunt; and the following were absents Councilman Duntley.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF SNYDMI S PINERIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a Public Hearing
to consider the proposed plat of Snyder's Pineriagh P.ddition and recommended
approval of PeAd plat; and
Wh'E MLE , the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said plat
after due conaaderation and study,
NOW, THM HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLA(Z COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYk°,OTIM:
That the final plat of Snydur's Pineridge Addition as submitted by
Albert and Ethel. Snyder and herewith described be appromed:
That pa -t of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Eshtion
30, Township 118, Range 4.. West, lying Westerly of the centerline of
State Highway No. 101, except that part thereof eab:aeed withi+'+
Registered Land Survey No. 1221, the South line of the abc-se dao
land is marked 'by judicial landmarIca set pursuat►t to Torrens lusf.'
No. 13837, according to the Government Survey thereof, L_.ve caws_-,
the same to be surveyed and platted as Snyderts Pineridg. Addit.c.n..
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was iuly -aecor.ded
by Comailman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the
followry.ng voted against: None.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting ClerkmAdministrator
of the Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, hereby certify that I hwes carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held August 21, 1967, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the seas is a full, true and complete transcript therefros insofar as
the same relates to approval of the final plat of Snyder's Pineridge Addition.
