The following members were present: Mayor Stap'4^, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: None. Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-139 A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES FROM ORDINANCE NO. 61-1 FOR MULTIPLE DWELLINGS WHEREAS, H. G. Winkler has requested variances from Ordinance No. 61-1 for proposed multiple dwellings at the northeast coruer of Quaker Lane and State Highway No. 55, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has recommended approval of said requested variances, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED B Y THE PLYMOUTH VILLAGE COUNCIL: 1. That the following variances from Ordinance No. 61-1 be granted a. Permitted Uses - Ord. 61-1 - 11 unit multiple dwelling and "under. - Varied to Three each, 24 unit apartment buildings B. Height Regulations - Ord. 61-1 - 2-31 story or 40 feet maximum. - Varied to Three story, 27 feet. C. Distance between buildings - Ord. 61-1 - 60 feet. Varied to 40 feet. D. Laundry Facilities - Ord. 61-1 - 45 Sq. feet. - Varied to 19-11 Sq. feet per unit. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilmen Dunticy, Hagen and Hunt; and the following were absent: Councilman O'Fallon. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. r
