Mayor Staples introlucea the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 67-138
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
PLATE OF CONCORD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing
to consider the proposed plat of Concord Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission did recommend approval
of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer after due consideration and study
did recommend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREB Y RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH.VILIAGE:
1. That the preliminary plat as submitted by Marvin H. Anderson Constructioi:
Company and titled ?Concord Addition" is hereby preliminarily approved
as described herewith:
That part of the North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Lot 7, Block 2, Meadow
Lawn Estates, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County,
distant 129.94 feet westerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot 7;
thence South 76032112" East along said Southerly line 129.94 feet
to said Southeast corner of Lot 7; thence continuing along the South
line of said Block 2, Meadow Lawn Estates, North 85000' East a
distance of 155 feet; North 71000' East 140 feet, North 50°00•
East 370 feet and North 60000' East 70 feet to the Southeast corner
of Lot 1, said Block 2, Meadow Lawn Estates, said corner also being
the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Meadow Lawn Estates 2nd
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of records in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County;
thence East 010" along the Nm bSouth line of said Block 1, Meadow
lawn Estates 2nd Addition 673.01 feet to the Fast line of said North
half of Southwest quarter of Section 13; thence South1008' West along
said East line to the Southeast corner of said North half of'southwest

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt and upon vate: being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof; Mayor Staples, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
