6 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of August, 1967, at
the Village Hall, commencing at 7130 o'clock g.m. The following members were
presents Mayor Steeples, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Huntj and the following members
were absent: Councilman O'rallon.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
A RESOWTIOA ESTABLISHING FORESTVIEN LANE
AS MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
RKSOLOTION NO. 67-137
1P WHEREAS, it appears to tba Village Council of the Village of 11ymauth that
the street hereinafter described sbould be designated as a Municipal State Aid
Street undar the provisions of rir rete Laws of 1959, Chapter 500,

PLYM "M AS POLLCUSt
1. That the following described street, Porestview Lan from Ridgemmat Avenue
to County Road 15, be and hereby is established, located and designated as
a Mmiieipal state Aid street of said Village, subject to the approval of the
Cb J saioner of Highways of the state of Minnesota.
2. Be it furthers resolved, that the Village clerk -Administrator is hereby
authorised and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution
to the C+awaiasiesners of Highways for his consideration and that upon his
approval of the ddaignation of said street to be included in the Minnesota
state Aid cysts of streets of the Village of P1yMouth, the Comissioner of
eighways shall furnish a list of streets to be included in the said Municipal
State Aid cysts and the aaMetical designation of sajh street so included.
• The above ration wvs seconded by councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken
thereon, the f.,llowing voted in favor thereof. Mayor Staples, Councilmen L'vntely,
Bogen and Bunt; and the follvving voted against: None.

Whereupon said resolution was declared 'hely passed and adopted.
