meeting of the Village Council of the Villaga of Plymouth, P9inn000ta,
was hold on tho 77rt day of Anaust , 19 -0 --
The following neabern were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen Duntley,
Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent! Councilman O'Fallon.

frinuftla- Mayor staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its ndoption: RESOLUTION No. 67-136
M03REAS, it is proposed to improve: Forestview Lane from Ridgemount
Avenue to County Road 15
and moseso tbo abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, F'ireuant to L1.8..9. § 424.011 to 429.111,
t1OU TECREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYSOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer fok study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed+ advise the Council
In a pre�imiaary vay as to whether the proposed improvement
Is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or In connection with sone other improvement and
the estimated cost of the Improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Tzmefte Councilman Hunt and upon
vote being talion thereon the following voted in favor of the
notion: Mayor Stqples, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.

whereupon the motion vas declared duly passed and adoptod.
