RESOLUTION APPR IFICATIONS AND
AUVW01LEUT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a especial)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Einnesota,
was held on the 15th day of August , 1�..._1.__.•
The following me bare were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: payor Staples
councilman Hunt introduced the followinv Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-135
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
Administrator
19 , the Village AlghoW has prepared
plane and specifications for one 1967 Model Two Ten Dump Truck
and has pre:auted such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THIS, BE IT RESOLVED ST THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAOF FMOUTH:
"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plane
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 1.. on Sept. 71967, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Halle and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, biql bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 5* percent of the aaount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmen Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Dantley, Hagen and Runt.
The following voted against the same: Hose.
The following were (absent) Mayer Staples
