VILLAGE OF PLYkOUTH
RESOLUTION
" Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, was held on the 14th day of August,
1967.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent. Mayor Staples

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67-13C
A RESOLUTION ACCV- TING THE SERVICE ROAD
IN COLONIAL CORNERS, INC.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY)OUTH
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the service road running West and East along the Southerly
border of Colonial Corners, Inc., a commercial development, and
and abutting State Highway No. 55 on the North side thereof is
hereby accepted by the Village of Plymouth.
The above motion was aeconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting ►layor O'Fallen,
Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: :dine.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-Adninistrator
of the Village of plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefu'.ly
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meet,�nr
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth held August 14, 1968, cith
the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to acceptance of
service road bordering Colonial Corners, Inc.
WITNESS, 1,11y hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the seal of
the Village this 17th day of July, 1968.

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF VILUGE COUNCIL OF

August 15, 1967
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on August 15, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The following
members were present: Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt, Duntley and
Hagen. The following members were absent: Mayor Staples.
Acting Mayor O'Fallon announced that the Council
would consider all bids for the purchase of $100,000.00 Park
and the $220,000.00 Public Improvement Bonds

presented affidavits showing publication of notice of sale more
than ten days in advance of sale in the Minnetonka Herald, the,
official village newspaper, and in Commercial West, a financial'
paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were
examined and found to be satisfactory and ordered placed on file.
The Clerk-AdminiLitrator presented the sealed bids which
had been delivered to him prior to the time.specified in the
notice of sale, and said bids were opened, examined and found
to be as follows:
