Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular )
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

The following members were present: Ming kayor 017allon, Councilmen
Donner, Noon and hunt.
and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples
-councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-129
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improve-
ment of the fo''.owing streets, to -wit: 1967-1 Strout Imprwomente (Duatirk
Lone and 25th Avenue North)
by
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Jerome P. Wale ftcavatmw Compow of
Plymouth, xinneoota is the lowest responsible bidder
NOW THEnEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE Or
PLYMOUTH:
"I. The Mayor and Clerk are herebn authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contr Act with Jerome P. Begin
ftcovsting Company of Plymouth, rimme

Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the sur ;essiul
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
OThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by SMS t.Ownilaaa gA&*n and upon vote ,)eing taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting XWr 0•iallsa,
Osnncilmen Dantl*y, Hem and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: sons.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
