meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesoi=i,
was held on the 14th day of Aupat , 1967

"1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to

2. The Village:Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to
return forthwith .o all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by 'Uma AnNdq and upon vote being taken
