meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, ninnesota,

The following mombora were present; Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Duntley, Hagen and Hurt.
and the following umbers wore absent: Mayor staples
lb—tsQCouncilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption; RESOLUTION N0. E7-125
WHEREAS, it is proposed to fill the ditch on the wast side of
Kingeview Lane
and asoesc the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to m.s.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
nou Twrtr%'ORE, BE IT MOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"'That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study end that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvorout
Is tonsibie and as to whathor it should boat be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the eatimatod cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by XtuWk pcCouncilmen Duntley and upon
vote being takon thereon the fol'�owing voted in favor of the
motion: Acting kvor O,Fallon, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, h,innesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a (regular) meeting of the Village
Council of said village held _August 14 , 1967, with the original thereof on
fi?e in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to filling of the ditch on Nest side of Kingaview Lane.
