VILLAGS OF PLYkOUPH
RESOLUTION 50. 67-124
Pursuant to dui call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
• Council of the Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, wan held on the 14th day of August,
1967. The following members were presents Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Duntley, Hagem and Runt; and the following members were absent: Mayor Staples.
Councilman Hagen intruduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RMOU MON APPROVING FINAL PLAT
OF INDUSTRIAL PARK 494
WMEAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission heli a Public Hearing
to consider the proposed plat of Industrial Park "94 and recommended approval
of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of the plat
after due consideration and study,
NOW, THER"ME BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYIGOUTH:
1. That the sinal plat of Industrial Park 494 as submitted and herewith
described he approved.
Th€t part of the hereinafter described tract of land lying Southerly
of a line parallel with and distant 60 feet Southerly of the Southerly
line of S'hte Highway No. 55, as now laid out and trawled across,
said tract of land being described as follows Commencing at the
Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest QuarEar
of Section 22, Ta neMI, 118, Rangy 22, thence South along the west
lies of said Section to the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section, thence East and parallel
with the South line of said Section 404.58 feet, thence North to a
point on the North line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter,
403.26 feet East of said Northwest corner, thence West to beginning.
Also, that part of the hereinafter described tract of land lying
Southerly of a line irawn Easterly across said tract parallel with
the South line of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, from the
Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of said section, said tract of land being described as follow:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said
Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, thence Scuth
• along the West line of said Section to the Southwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said section, thence
East along the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter 404.58 feet, thence North to a point an the North line of
said Southwest quarte- of the Northwest Qaarter, 403.26 feet East of
said Northwest corner, thence West to the beginning, according to the
Government survey thereof, and
That part of the following described tract lying Southwesterly of
the Southwesterly line of New Stats Highway No. 55, said tract of
land being described am follows: That part of the South 1/2 of the
Northwest Quarter and the North 1/2 of tae Southwest Quarter of Section
22, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
described an follows: Beginning at a point 6.11 chains east of the
Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
said Section 22; thence South 39.80 chains to South 1%16 line of
said Section; thence F --at 6.13 chainsi thence North 39.80 chains; thence
West 6.11 chains to place of beginning.
Also, all that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1A of
Section 22, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner o1 said Section 22; thence North
along the West line thereof 955 feet; thence East parallel with the
South line of said section a distance of 333 feet to the point of
beginning of thedoperty being described; thencAthe

feet; thence Southeasterly to a point 433 feet East of the Point of
beginning; measured on a line drawn through said point of beginning
parallel with the South line of said section; thence West 433 feet

the property being described; thence continuing East to the Westerly
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 494; thence Southerly

of 333 feet; thence northerly to a point in the north line of said

the Northwest corner thereof; thence West along said North line to
said Northwest corner; thence south along said west line to the point
of beginning.
Also, that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 118, Range 22 West, described as beginning at the Southwest
corner of said Section 22; thence north along the west line of said
Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of 555 feet; thence east

a distance of 75 feet; thence east parallel with said south line to

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
is
thereof: Acting Mayor O'iallon, Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and hunt; and the
following voted against the same: None; and the following were absent: kiayor Staples.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
