VTLLA07 OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 40pMEi1019
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 7th day of Sngusi , 19 67 .
The following members were present: Aotiag JrWr O'Fallon, Counallmun
Hann and anal.
and the following members were absent: Payor Staples and Councilman Duntlsy.

Councileal. aunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOLUPION NO. 67-123
• WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improve-
ment of the following streets, to -wit: Juasaa Law Seal Costing

bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and ire ted to

by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
• The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
