CALLING FO"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (spWaSW
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the_7th day of August , 19 67.
The following members were present: Acting Nayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Hagen and hunt.
and the following members were absent: kayor Staples & Councilman Duntley.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved .'ws adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 67-122
;WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on August 7th , 1967 , recommending the:
Installation of storm sewer in the area of Quaker and Saratoga Lanes at Highway 55

NOW THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consic!er the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.B.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the Improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be hold on such proposed im-
provement on the 30th day of August , 19 b7 at
the Village Hall, -in --Me Village eoo�ymouth at 7:30
o'clock m. The Village Council shall give pu�—
lished no a of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the Foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by AbUNWA&Councilman Hagerand apon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting A.ayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the motion: None.
The following were (absent) : Mayor Staples & Councilman

the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

of Plymouth, I.innesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a (regular) (A � meeting of the Village
Council of said village held Aust 7th , 1967, with the original thereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to installation of storm sewer on Quaker and Saratoga
Lanes at Bj.t�hway No. 55
