Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
sleeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on Aught ;, 1987 at the Village hall, 13800 State Highway
No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The following members
were present: Councilmen O'rallon, Hunt, Hagan as .
The following members were absent: Mayor Staples'
Councilman i .4" ; introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoptions

WHE&EAS, the Village of Plymouth has obtained
easements for the installation of sanitary sewer through essinont
domain proceedings and,
WHEMUS, in accordance with statute such proceedings
were regularly commenced under Hennepin County District Court
F1 le No. C-580 and aomRmlee loners appointed in consequence i
thereof and,
WHEREAS, following hearings with respect to the
various parcels involved said commissioners did on July 20,
