RESOLUTION NO. 67=120
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof$ a regular meeting of the Vil.Lage
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of August,
1967. The following members were present: Acting kayor O'Fallon, Councilmen
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: 1:ayor Staples and Councilman
Duntley.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
WH12tEAS, Ernest Snyder has requested a subdivision waiver for Parcel 3514
in Section 30,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Recorde, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
kinneacta, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
That part of 04,39uthweat Quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 30,'Township,<118 North, Range 22 West, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter; thence East along the North line of said Southwest
quarter of the Northosat quarter to its point of intersection with a
litws parallel with. and 60 °feet °Easterly, measured at right angles,
from the Easterly line of Lots 1 and 2,, Block 1, Imperial Hills,
according to.tthe plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Doeds, Hennepin County, said point being the
point of beginning of the property being described; thence continuing
east along said North line to a point 625 feet East from said Northwest
corner; thence South parallel with the West line of said Southwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 175 feet; thence West
parallel with said North line to a point of intersection with said
line parallel with and 60 feet Easterly, measured at right angles,
from the Easterly line of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, laperial Hills;
thence Northerly to the point of beginning; MWEPT that part of said
above-described property lying Easterly of a line drawn from a point
on tha South line of said above-described property distant 124,3 feet
West of the Southeast corner of said above-described posperty, to a
point on the North line of said above-described property distant 134.24
foot West of the Northeast corner of said above-described property, and
there ending.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hagen, andupon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: ltgassNi:ep, 1 ling Mayor OfFallon, Councilmen Hagen and Hunti and the
following were absents mayor Staples and Councilman Duntley.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
