HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-119VILLAGE Or PLYMDl= AE.4OUYTION NO. 67-119 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of August, 1967. The following members were present! Actino Mayor O'Fal.lon, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the following mm rs were absent: Mayor Staples and Councilman Duntley. Councilman Hunt introduced the fallowing rrsolutiun and moved its adoption. WHEREAS, Ray Klausman has requested a subdivisiai waiver on Lots 12 thsu 16, Block 4, Klausman'b Addlttirn, NOW THEPJUW ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF 13LYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, • Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels, of land leas than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lander Parcel A The (test 126 feet of Lot 16, Block 4, Klausman's Addition Parcel B The West IS feet of Lot 15 and Lot 16 excapt the Nest 126 feet of said Lot 16, Block 4, x1suaaran's Addition. P'rcel C The West 25 feet of Lot 13 and Lot 14 except the Nest 100 feet of said Lot 14, Block 4, Klausaan's Addition. Parcel D The East 100 feet of the west 125 feet of Lot 13, Block 4, Klausman's Addition. Parcel E Mot 13 except the Nest 125 feet and Lot 12 except the East 110 feet, Block 4, Klausman's Addition. • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by' Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor o'Fallon, Councilman Hagen and Hunt, and the following were absent: Mayor Staples and Councilman Duntley.
