Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was hold an the 7th daffy of August, 1967, at
the Village Ha`11, 1380 State Highway No. 55 commencing at 7:30 o'oluck F.da.
The following members were proseatt Acting Mayor O'Fallon, Counoiirnen
Hagen and hunt; and the following ammbers were aboents "taplas and
Councilman Duntley.

WHERUS, pursuant to due and propar notice according to lean, a public
hearing was hold by the Village Council at the Village hull in the village of
Plymouth on the 7th day of August, 1y67, at 7:30 o'clock P.m. to consider
vacation of the fa -lowing described portions of the following described streets.
"Rork-:aire Lanae and South Street beginning at a point of intersectioa
of Berkshire Lane with the South right-of-wgy line or the EloctMo Short
Line Railroad (kineeapolis Industrial Railway Cocparty) thence northerly
to the intersection of Berkshire Lane and South Street, thence oastorly
apyrox=ately ZSO' to a Vola* of intersection with the propwsd now
Us= Lanae, all in thst village of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Aimumofa,
and abutted br Lot 4, First Addition arew$o Orchard Tracts, Hennepin
Qwunty, Leta 21 and 22, Parker's Lake Gardens, and all that pert of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Dorthwost 114 of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22,
lying north of the Northerly right-of-way of the Electric Short mina

The above motion was seooMed by Councilman Hagan, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting }Mayor O'Falion, Councilmen

aboonts Mayor Uaiplea and Couwci:aat Duntleay.
Whereupon said reeolut$.on was dwolaraed duly passed and adopted.
