RESOLUTION N0. 67-116
"RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS ON INTERSTATE 494
SANITARY SEWER CROSSING
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertising for bids as required by law, July 6, 1)67,
at 10:00 A.N. was fixed as the date and time for opening bids on the installation
of sanitary sewer under Interstate Highway 494 and,
1HEAS, said bids were opened on such date and at such time and were thereafter
submitted to the Council, and
WHEREAS, the lowest of such bids exceeded the estimates of the cost of
construction of the project,
NOW, THWWGRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYkourH:
1. That the bids received pursuant to idvertissment for the installation
of Interstate 494 Sanitary Bawer Crossing, as said bids are not out
below, are hereby rejected".

The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: kq=x26 114 Acting Kayor O'Fallon,
Councilmen Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

the sesame relates to the rejection of bids on ,Interstate 494 Sanitary Sewer Crossing.

of the Village this 24th day of August, 1967.
