RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDI:NG kDVTRTISF1.E1;T FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Mlj� (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, A.innesota,
was held on the "th day of Jn2s 119 67

'A Councils" ROAM introduced the following Resolution

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

VILLAGE OF PLYD,OUTH:

111. Such plane and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk .hall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in 9 Qr
an advertisement for bide upon
the salon of such improvement under such approved plana
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 2f M A L. on AM& U1961, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bide will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clark and accompanied b:r a cash deposit, cashier0a
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
