meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 24th day of July , 1967

following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU14CIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the Village Council and on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
4LThe motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Gwrai1w Baden and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting kyos O'Dallon,
councilmen Dnatly, Raven, Runt.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
