RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISr -WiT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular {gyp
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, t.innesota,
was held on the l7th day of J94 , 19 67
The following members were present: MaWW Staples, Canncilman
G' Fa11=g Amt1@7 and Snort.
and the following members were absent: Hagen.
Ronnailmam Sim* introduced the fallowing Resolution
and moved its adoption: RESOI.LR W NO. 67-110
WHEREM, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
June IM wd Sm 26ts , 1q7_, the Village Engineer nas prepared
plane and upecifications for th* 1967/Sanitary Serer azA ;later Aima Project
and has presented auch plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-

Metin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of suai improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall spe :y the work to be done,
shall state that131001.

the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for percent of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Pesolution was
duly seconded by CauMilmM 01?a11.a4nd upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Xeyor 8taploo, COumoilmen W ftllon,
Watley end Hunt.
The following voted against the same: Hone.
The following were (absent) : Ciumailoan us#=.

carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a specialmeeting of the Village Council of said village held
