RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAITS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDT_.,RING ADV'MTISFI.MT FJR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plynuuth, R.innesota,
was held on the 171h day of at►Y , 19 67
The following members were present: Aaynr taplee, Councilman OfFalion,
Puntiety nrA Hunt.
and the following members were absent: C.ouMi'MM Hagen.

WHER'a&S, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a Dart hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
sert1dd n the official paper and in COMISvoUM
9Hsniil an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10100 A• L. on Aug. 4,1)67, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check,lud bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 74 percent of t:.e an.ount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Gounai"NNA HA'i and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: `�wmr staples, CounaiLuan OfFallou,
Dmi.ey and Huai.
The following voted against the same: Sans.
