HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1967-107VILLAGE OF PMOUTH • RESOLUTION N0. 67-107 Purjuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village • Council of tho Village of Plymouth, kinnesota, was held on the 17th day of July, 1967. The following members were present: kayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman Hunt. Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHERAS, Raymond Wedin has requested a subdivision waiver for Lot 6, Block 21 City View Acres, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE; ^OUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 19660 in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, Page 4.97, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet im width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Parcel (a) Lot 6, Block 2, City View Acres, Except that part lying Northerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 6 a distance of 204.2' Southerly of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 6; thence Easterly a distance of 111.28' more or less, to a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 6, which point is 204.2' Southerly of the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 6; and there terminating. Also the Easterly 20' of that part of said Lot 6 lying Northerly of above described line being subject to a road easement. Parcel (b) That part of Lot 6, Block 2, City View Acres, lying Northerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 6 a distance of 204.2' Southerly of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 6; thence Easterly a distance of 111.28' more or . less, to a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 6, which point is 204.2' Southerly of the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 6; and there terminating. Also the Easterly 20' of that part of said Lot 6 lying Northerly of above described line being subjeot to a road easement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Councilment O'Fallon, Duntley and Hurt; and the following were absent: Councilman Hagen. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
