' CALLING FO"UBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 4spow6wU
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 171h day of July , 19 67.
The following members were present: Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley and Hunt, and
""r staples.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Hunt.
'i mayor staples introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: 11P.70LWICK N0. 67-1060
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on AV 81h Ig 67 recommending thq:

of the following street (3) , to -wit : 13th AYenue Horth from Count/ Road 18 to
County Road 70 and Us butallation or ssnitsrs serer in peoposed m1avet.
NOW THEREFORE, HS IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OP THE VILLAdE O!
PLYMDVrH :
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a to U. S.A. Sec. 429.01rtion of the 2 st o .1

total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shrill be held on such proposed is-

lished nonce of such hearing and improveownt as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rosolu:ton was
duly seconded by Trustee Duntlar and upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof: Aa` staple, Councilmen 011palion,
Dmtlay and Hunt.
The following voted against the motion: gone.
The following were (absent) (MRUMMA"W"" svmm Vu'&x; Cowwilman Hunt.
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
