1967.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon, Duntley,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following were absent: None.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
-RESOLUTION NO. 67-10511
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGRZD=T WITH STANTON ASSOCIATES,
INC. FOR MUNICIPAL PERSONNEL SURVEY
BE IT HSBEBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth
ars hereby authorised to execute the agreement for a Municipal
Personnel Survey in behalf of the Village.
2. That the Clerk -Administrator be authorised to m.,ke payment of not
exceeding $700 for * id survey.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Royor Staples, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Duntley, Hagen and Hunt; IM and the following voted agiinst the same: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said village held July 10, 1967, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the.sams is a full, true and complete transsript therefrom insofar an the
same relates to Agreement for Municipal Salary Surveys.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the corporate seal
of the village this 7th day of August, 1967.
