of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed assessment roll for the 3asiiaes trine ft*Jasls

the ase _stance of Me 301006M M& A010066646 , is hereby received
and ordered to be placed on f ile in the off ice of the Village
Clerk, where it shall be and remain open to public inspection.
2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and
,place of a hearing on such proposed assessment is the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the time specified for such
hearing, The clerk shall also mail a copy of such notice to the
owner of each parcel o.: land described in the assessment roll.
with such mailed notice to be given no less than two weeks
prior to.the date of hearing on such proposes assessment roll.
R. Such notice shall state the oa+.j, time and place of such
16 hearing, the general nature of the impro-woment, the area proposed
to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with
the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any
Property owner will be considered.
4. The Village Council sten ll meet at the time and place
specified in such notice to pass upon such proposed assessment.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor 8taplss, Councilsen O'ltilon, Duntley, Hagen and Rant.
and the following voted against:Roa•
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
